Before you place your feet in the foot spa, make sure the spa is protected with our white plastic disposable liner. 

 

Then add warm water to a depth of 45 mm or 1.75 inches, add a teaspoon of table salt to create a saline solution. 

 

The array is connected to the control unit on the front face of the foot spa. At this point you should be sitting comfortably with your feet in the solution before turning on the foot spa. 

 

When activated, the array's green light flashes 20 times indicating how many sessions are held in memory (next time it will indicate 19 and then 18 and so on). 

 

This unique feature helps you record sessions used, so you know when to re-order the following array. The light will then turn and stay green (the 30-minute session will start).

After 15 Minutes

Do not be alarmed if the water changes colour, this is quite normal. In most cases, it can change to yellow or brown, red, green or even black. 

 

Colour may vary from person to person and from one session to another. There are two reasons for this, firstly, the process of ionization in the salt solution reacts with chemicals present in the water, this can happen without feet being present, and secondly more importantly the discoloration also occurs due to the toxic discharge from the 2000 eccrine glands on the soles of each foot.

After 30 Minutes

After 30 minutes the array's light will flash continuously, indicating the automatic end of the session.

Will every person respond the same?

No. Your results are individual to you. Some people have a quick response that is quite noticeable, and others may have a more subtle, slower response.

How often should I use the system?

First time user can use it two or three times a week for the first four weeks, then once or twice a week for the next Month. For best results clients should then carryout a maintenance course of one session every week or fortnightly. Drink plenty of water during and after your foot spa session to keep hydrated.

What is in my waste foot spa solution?

The only way to say accurately what is in your specific solution is to have a toxicity analysis test carried out.

Why does the water change colour?

Not recommended for people who:

- Have open wounds on the feet.

- Have recently had surgery.

- Are pregnant or lactating.

- Have extreme blood pressure problems.

- Have had an organ transplant.

- Suffer from psychotic episodes or seizures.

- Have a pacemaker or use a heartbeat regulating machine.

- Have metal implants.
